Your questions
Do I need a prescription?
Not to book, but you need one to be reimbursed by your health insurer. Ask your GP or specialist.
What should I bring?
Your prescription, ID card, any scan results (X-ray, MRI) and comfortable clothes.
How long is a session?
Thirty minutes usually, forty-five for the first appointment.
How do I cancel an appointment?
By phone or email, at least 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions are charged.
